Dumitru's career began in credit management and financial services before he moved into mortgage broking, building a strong foundation in remortgage and client support. Today, as a commercial mortgage consultant, he helps clients across the UK with residential, investment and commercial property finance — guiding every case step by step, in plain language. He advises clients in English, Romanian, Italian, Hindi, Urdu and Swahili. Outside of work, Dumitru enjoys barbecuing, spending time with his dogs, and tending his homegrown tomatoes.

    Full mortgage application

    The full application is submitted. Our broker fee of £595 is payable at this stage (non-refundable).

    We manage the application to offer and completion, alongside a review of your protection needs.

There may be a fee for mortgage advice. The actual amount you pay will depend upon your circumstances. The fee is up to 1%, but a typical fee is £595.
